RENDER HAIR - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by Render Hair (“we”, “us”, “our”) to clients (“you”, “your”). By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Appointments and Bookings
2.1 Appointments can be made in person, by telephone, or online.
2.2 We recommend arriving on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments at our discretion.

3. Deposits and Payments
3.1 A deposit may be required for certain services. This will be communicated at the time of booking.
3.2 All services must be paid for in full upon completion unless agreed otherwise.
3.3 We accept payment via cash, debit/credit cards, and other methods as displayed in the salon.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
4.1 We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
4.2 Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
4.3 Clients who repeatedly miss appointments may be required to pay in advance for future bookings.

5. Pricing and Services
5.1 All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
5.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5.3 The final price may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and condition.
5.4 We will inform you of any significant price changes before proceeding with the service.

6. Consultation and Suitability
6.1 A consultation may be required prior to certain treatments.
6.2 It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities.
6.3 We may refuse to carry out a service if we believe it may cause damage or is unsuitable.

7. Satisfaction and Complaints
7.1 If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us within 48 hours.
7.2 We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a corrective service.
7.3 Refunds are issued at our discretion.

8. Personal Belongings
8.1 We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.
8.2 Please keep valuables with you at all times.

9. Health and Safety
9.1 We maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in line with UK regulations.
9.2 Clients must follow any safety instructions provided by staff.

10. Children and Vulnerable Persons
10.1 Children must be supervised at all times.
10.2 Services for minors may require parental or guardian consent.

11. Gift Vouchers
11.1 Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
11.2 Vouchers must be used before the expiry date stated.

12. Data Protection and Privacy
12.1 We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
12.2 Your information will be used only for appointment management and service provision.
12.3 We will not share your data with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

13. Liability
13.1 We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
13.2 Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the service provided.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14.2 The latest version will be available in the salon and/or on our website.

15. Governing Law
15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
